My stay at the hotel was an unforgettable experience and all this is because of one person Mr. Parimal with their exceptional service and warm hospitality. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, making me feel right at home. The room was a was a serene retreat, perfectly clean and equipped with all the comforts I needed it made my stay super relaxing .And, of course, the food was a highlight - Mr. Parimal brought a variety of delicious cuisines to the table, making breakfast, lunch, and dinner absolute treats. Overall, it was a super chill and rejuvenating stay that left me feeling refreshed and revitalized. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a top-notch experience

A front-row seat to the ocean The Point Hotel & Spa has one of the best locations in Mossel Bay — you’re literally right on the rocks with the sound of the ocean below you. Waking up to the waves and watching the sunset from the hotel is something special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up, and the sea view really makes the stay memorable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt relaxed but well managed. The spa was a great bonus and added to the overall experience of slowing down and actually enjoying the stay. Perfect spot if you want to be close to the beach, restaurants, and coastal walks without being in the middle of noise and crowds. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mossel Bay.

We came for our honeymoon and the experience for top notch. The hotel staff and Mr Parimal are great hosts, they exactly know what would you need for a luxurious vacation. The cook is Indian and served us with the best variety of food, nothing less but we were spoilt. The view from the room and dinner table is attached and it speaks volume for the amazing experience that we had.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic !The staff were super friendly and helpful and one person whom I cannot stop praising about is Mr.Parimal without which my stay wouldn’t have been amazing, always going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect ,their exceptional service and warm hospitality made all the difference. The room was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities which I needed. Mr.Parimal treated us to an amazing spread of cuisines - breakfast, lunch and dinner were all a treat Overall, it was a super chill and relaxing stay. I had an amazing time at The Point Hotel & Spa. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff were warm and accommodating. I stayed in a suite with a jet tub and fireplace, and it was absolutely perfect — the room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view from the windows was stunning. The suite was very well stocked, with thoughtful extras that made it feel special — real coffee cream, plenty of glassware and teacups, and a wide selection of teas. The fireplace was cleaned and restocked daily with firewood, and they even provided freshly made treats on site. The bottled water was some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and the room included robes, slippers, and thoughtful amenities like cotton balls, Q-tips, makeup wipes, a sewing kit, and shoe mitts — extras you rarely see elsewhere. The hotel also provides a variety of guides and recommendations for nearby dining, drinks, and activities. There’s a spa on site, equipped with a whirlpool and steam room (though the steam room didn’t appear to be working during my stay). The food and service were excellent, with plenty of menu options and quick, friendly service. I would have rated this a full five stars, but there was one small issue — I had added champagne and flowers to my reservation. When I checked in, I had to ask for the champagne, and while that was resolved, the flowers I paid for never arrived. Aside from that, everything else was outstanding. I highly recommend The Point Hotel & Spa for a romantic, relaxing, and luxurious getaway, and I look forward to returning for a longer visit next time. Side note for future guests: It’s a good idea to call ahead or confirm any add-ons (like flowers or champagne) to ensure everything is ready upon arrival. I’ll be contacting the hotel directly to have this rectified, as everything else truly exceeded expectations.

Very amazing place, must get a ocean facing room. We meet Parimal, he is manager here and he helped us, suggested places, very nice guy. Parimal has many contacts around which can be helpful. Hotel and Spa experience was amazing, food is crazy, you can get amazing Indian food. Their Indian chef personally came out and checked on us. Super amazing experience, I would love to visit again!!

This hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing coastal getaway. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and stunning sea views was unforgettable. The hotel is well located, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The spa was a highlight — calm, professional, and very relaxing. Highly recommended!
